How it works:
1. Pick your size
2. Choose if you want the neutral colorway or pastel colorway (scroll to see pastel colors)
Sweatshirt deets:
- Comfort Colors brand
- Unisex fit, true to size (if you want an oversized fit, size up!)
- 80% ringspun cotton, 20% polyester
- Preshrunk, soft-washed, garment-dyed fabric
- Handwash/gentle cool wash cycle. Air dry recommended to preserve the embroidery.

Customer Service Hours Mon-Fri 8 am- 4 pm PST. Please allow 48-72 for customer service responses. We will get back to you, I promise!
Combining orders
If you would like your order combined, please email us at hello@jessicahearts.com within 24 hours with both of your order numbers. As long as it’s within 24 hours and neither of your orders have shipped, I can combine them. After an order starts processing, I am unable to combine them.
Returns
Since most items are handmade we are unable to offer returns or exchanges unless items are faulty. Please email us at hello@jessicahearts.com if you have any issues or concerns with your order. There is always a solution, so if you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, please reach out to us!
Exchanges
We are currently unable to offer exchanges at this time.
Coupon Codes
We current have a limit to one coupon code per order. Please make sure the coupon has been applied before checking out. We are unable to add the coupon code in after an order is placed, sorry!
Ordrer Cancellations
Changed your mind? No problem, we can cancel your order within the first 24 hours. Just send us an email with your order number to hello@jessicahearts.com within 24 hours to cancel. As long as your order has not shipped within that 24 hours, we can cancel and refund your order.
