At this time we do not accept custom orders.
Can I combine my orders?
If you would like to combine orders, please email us at hello@jessicahearts.com within 24 hours of placing the orders with both order numbers and we will do our best to combine them. For more information on combining orders, check out our policies page here.
How long does shipping take?
We are so excited for you to get your hands on all your goodies! Once shipped, domestic orders are estimated to arrive within 2-5 business days. International can take 1-3 weeks or possibly longer depending on the country. Please allow 2 weeks for US orders to arrive and a month for international orders to arrive.
When will an item be restocked?
For all restock/release information head over to our releases calendar page here. If the item you are looking for is not listed on the calendar, we likely aren’t restocking it at the moment. Take a look at our instagram (@ShopJessicaHearts) for additional information on restocks!
Unfortunately we are unable to predict the fees and customs with international orders. Please consult your local custom laws on whether customs fees or taxes are applicable.
